0

Celebrations are happening despite us being in quarantine – BUT that doesn’t mean our celebrations have to be any less fun or unique!

From parades to stuffed animal parties – we’ve got a fantastic list to help with your celebrations – quarantine style!

Thanks to our sponsors for making this post possible!!

We are happily delivering all natural pops full of super foods. Going stir crazy already? Let our pops be a welcome a healthy & fun break to the quarantine! We’ll ring the doorbell and leave the pops on the porch for a “contactless delivery.”

We are now offering a free chocolate dipped with sprinkles pop for any kiddos celebrating their birthdays!

Party Ideas

  • Parade – A car parade!  We actually think this idea is even more fun than a real-life party! Have your friends decorate their cars with signs, balloons and crepe paper.  Then watch them drive down your street honking and waving.  If a parade on your special day doesn’t make you smile, we aren’t sure what will!
  • Zoom – So, we are all on Zoom now, right?!  Get a group together and Zoom away on your special day!  The best part is you can have a whole group of people on your Zoom call – no limiting that invite list!
  • Netflix Party – Did you know you can have a Netflix watch party – get a group of friends involved and watch a movie “together”
  • Character Parties – Invite your favorite character for a virtual chat or sing along.
  • Stuffed Animal Party – Get all the stuffed animals together as your guests.
  • Game Show Party –  Interview your birthday boy or girl and have family submit questions for them to answer. Then watch together with family and friends.
  • Video Party – Have all of your friends and family record video messages.  Then watch them on your special day!
  • Donut Decorating Party – Have donuts delivered to your friends and decorate them together via Zoom!

Activities For The Day

  • Play a game! –  Try this one – your kids will be playing for hours!
  • Competitions – Everyone loves a good competition so create a dance and see who can perform it the best – put it on TikTok!  Missing the Olympics?  Check out these awesome do it yourself Olympic games!
  • Dance Party – Throw yourself a dance party.  Get your favorite songs on one playlist and go crazy!  Invite your friends via Zoom!
  • Scavenger Hunt – You can still social distance while having a scavenger hunt.  Find things in your neighborhood or around your house.  Invite your friends to do the same and see who checks the most boxes.
  • Treasure Hunt – We all love finding treasure!  Make a game out of finding the presents in a treasure hunt.
  • Backyard Movie – There are so many movies coming out early because of COVID-19 so why not watch the movie in your backyard?  Get some popcorn, maybe a few smores and enjoy the nice weather with an outdoor movie!
  • Cookie Decorating – Lots of cookie and dessert places have fun to-go cookie decorating kits.  Grab one or two and decorate your dessert!

Decorations

A celebration isn’t a celebration without decorations, right?

  • Yard Signs – There are so many places that have super fun yard signs – From birthdays to baby showers and everything in between!  This is a great idea even when we are out of quarantine!
  • Balloon Banners – Order a stunning balloon banner or make your own!
  • Balloons – Balloons are awesome, fill the room with balloons and later use the balloons for a fun game!
  • Pictures, cards, streamers – Decorate the space with pictures of the person you are celebrating!  You can also decorate with cards, streamers, and Christmas lights!

Eats

You may not be able to celebrate at your favorite restaurant, but you can still enjoy their food!

  • Order take-out or delivery from one of your favorite restaurants
  • Make every meal the favorite meal of the person you are celebrating
  • Get creative with your desserts – you can order ice cream or popsicles

Just because we are social distancing doesn’t mean we can’t celebrate the GOOD!  Your special day can be just as magical if you get creative!

Got an idea we missed?  Let us know!
