Experience San Diego

While visiting San Diego for Museum Month I was able to take an Old Town Trolley Tour and not only was it incredibly informative, but it was so fun!

It may have been because our group had the BEST Trolley tour guide ever.  He was so knowledgeable and hilarious.

I love learning about history and so this ride gave me both the opportunity to learn more about San Diego and see it at the same time.  While we rode through the streets I learned that the first person to actually freefall/skydive – was a WOMAN right there in San Diego!  And did you know that San Diego is the oldest city in California?

Thank you Trolley tour guide for dropping some awesome knowledge on me!

I loved crossing over the bridge and making our way into Coronado.  The view of San Diego from Coronado is beautiful.  We drove past the famous Hotel del Coronado which is part of the fabulous Hilton Hotels.

We were able to hop off and hop back on – which was fantastic, especially when we stopped right in front of the beach.  Beautiful morning to be taking a Trolley Tour!

If you’re going to go to San Diego don’t skip the Trolley tour – I promise you’ll love it!

And once you’ve taken the tour you will definitely feel ready to explore all of San Diego.  Every pocket of San Diego is filled with unique restaurants, shops, people, and parks.

I loved strolling through Little Italy, the Gaslamp Quarter, and Old Town San Diego.  I soaked in as much as I could, but I know I could go back again and again and not only see something new but learn something new too.

So while you’re visiting for Museum Month, be sure to take an Old Town Trolley Tour and experience all that San Diego has to offer!
