Sometimes you just need some veggies. This recipe is not only healthy but also refreshing, it tastes good and you’ll feel good after eating it!
So, I must admit that when I saw this recipe I was like, um why have I NEVER thought of it! I hope you enjoy it as much as I did!
There is a vegan crema in this recipe from cashews and let me tell you, if you have never made a sauce from cashews you are MISSING OUT! Seriously, when I was doing whole30, I made this amazing garlic sauce from cashews and it was so incredibly good!
Anything that has parmesan crust is a winner for me. I will literally get sucked into an additional charge of $1.00 to get the parmesan crust when I order pizza…and so yes it does make everything better!
This is a simple staple. And you can increase the heat by adding a few more red pepper flakes if you’re super into spice, which of course I am!
Friday – Homemade Pizza
Yes, we do this every week. And no it most likely won’t change. Here’s the dough we use from the Pioneer Woman. I use whatever tomato sauce we happen to have around, BUT if I’m being super gourmet I will buy the pizza sauce from Trader Joe’s AND their Pizza seasoned shredded cheese.
I’m actually embarrassed that I didn’t create this recipe! I mean, this is so something I am into – so yeah your kids will love it and it’s easy and there’s dipping sauce. Boom!
