What's on the menu

So what’s on the menu this week?  Do you have a hard time figuring it out?  Yeah, so do we! But – hey we are moms and we have to get that dinner on the table, am I right?!

So enjoy this week’s menu ideas and we hope that they help make your life a little easier because we are moms and we need a little ease in our lives!

Sunday – Smothered Cheesy Sour Cream Chicken

Cheese.  Sour Cream. Chicken.  I mean, that sounds delicious.  So try it, because there is nothing to not like in this recipe!

Monday – Mexican Shredded Beef Tacos

You can do this in the crockpot or the Instant Pot – so basically it’s easy and I love EASY!  I am going to use this beef to make tacos, but you could use this recipe for anything of your choosing, burritos, chilaquiles, and more!

Tuesday – Okonomiyaki

Feeling adventurous?  Me too!  This is a Japanese pancake and it is filled with yumminess. So don’t let the newness throw you, it’s an easy recipe and is super tasty!

Wednesday – Chicken Burgers

Ground chicken needs some flavor, and this recipe doesn’t hold back.  I actually really like chicken burgers, but you could always substitute for beef or turkey!

Thursday – One Pot Sausage and Rice

One-pot meals are my favorite! Especially when everything in the pot is something that my kids will eat – so win for me.

Friday – Homemade Pizza

Yes, we do this every week.  And no it most likely won’t change. Here’s the dough we use from the Pioneer Woman. I use whatever tomato sauce we happen to have around, BUT if I’m being super gourmet I will buy the pizza sauce from Trader Joe’s AND their Pizza seasoned shredded cheese.

Saturday – Chicken Noodle Casserole

Oh I love me some casserole.  With this recipe, you can add the veggies or you can omit them – because of course kids sometimes won’t eat anything that even has a hint of green, not that I would know my kids eat everything!  JK!
