This week it’s all about the easy.  Easy recipes, easy ingredients – let’s try to EASE into 2021 with some simple dinners that everyone will love!

Sunday – Creamy Tuscan Salmon

This healthy recipe is sure to wow everyone in your family.  The flavors in this will make you want to come back for seconds.

Monday – Teriyaki Turkey Rice Bowls

I love easy meals that have a big flavor punch.  This recipe tastes delicious and is made out of simple ingredients.  Anytime I can make a rice bowl and change it up with different flavors I am always all about it!

Tuesday – Baked Caesar Chicken

This four-ingredient recipe is simple and delicious.  You can serve it over pasta or with your favorite side.  Any way you slice it you’re going to like it!

Wednesday – Hamburger Casserole

Oh I love a good casserole – especially one that only has a few ingredients and all of the ingredients my kids will eat! If you’ve never tried a casserole I say go for it!  They’re simple and taste even better the next day. Leftovers for the win!

Thursday – Instant Pot Chicken Pad Thai

Instant Pots are the best and anytime I can use mind I do!  This recipe has a lot of flavors and a lot of veggies.  It’s easy to separate the noodles from the veggies for the picky eaters – like my kids who can’t have anything touch.

Friday – Homemade Pizza

Yes, we do this every week.  And no it most likely won’t change. Here’s the dough we use from the Pioneer Woman. I use whatever tomato sauce we happen to have lying around, BUT if I’m being super gourmet I will buy the pizza sauce from Trader Joe’s AND their Pizza seasoned shredded cheese.

Saturday – Taco Bake

Not only is this recipe easy to make, but you can also add your own zing to it.  The best part is that you can cut it to look like a piece of pie and food in fun shapes is just fun, am I right?!
