Dr. Whitney Sippl is a pelvic floor physical therapist and a board-certified women’s clinical specialist who specializes in treating women during pregnancy and postpartum, and children with bladder, bowel, or pelvic/abdominal issues. She sees her patients virtually, in their homes throughout Orange County, and at a clinic in Costa Mesa, CA, through her company Restored Physique Physical Therapy.
Many women are told that symptoms such as incontinence, painful intercourse, scar pain, pelvic or back pain, pelvic pressure or abdominal separation are normal during pregnancy or after having a baby; however, though COMMON, these conditions are not “NORMAL” and there are many ways to address these concerns.
In addition to treating the moms, Dr. Whitney also treats kids with pelvic symptoms such as constipation, urinary leaking, bedwetting, bowel leaks, abdominal or pelvic pain, and painful periods. She also works with families for potty training and addressing potty training difficulties.
She also provides online educational courses “Prenatal Physical Health and Labor Prep” and “Postpartum Physical Recovery” and teaches a free virtual monthly class “Pelvic Floor & Core for Pregnancy, Postpartum & Beyond”. Whitney loves teaching women ways to take care of themselves during pregnancy and how to get their bodies back after childbirth and she is also the mom of two little ones.
