Sunday – Mexican Chicken with Cheese Sauce
The dry-rub used for this chicken is what gives it all the flavors! Sometimes chicken can be bland, but this recipe is not one of them. Of course, there is the cheese sauce, I mean who doesn’t love cheese sauce?
Monday – Grilled Mozarella Sammie
I saw this recipe and I was like yes this sounds delicious. Mozarella, yum, tomatoes, yum – it’s just all yum to me!
Tuesday – Air Fryer Falafel
Omg, I love Falafel, like if it’s on the menu I truly can’t order anything else! So this recipe which includes cooking in an air fryer – hello my favorite – I just had to try! Now, I know it takes a little work, but it’s worth it.
Wednesday – Vegetarian Black Bean Enchilada Casserole
Trying to get more veggies in your life? Same. And I find that casseroles help ease the possible dislike of veggies because they’re generally smothered in something delicious. And this recipe is no exception!
Thursday – Lemon Ricotta Pasta
Lemon and pasta are meant to be together! Maybe it’s an unpopular opinion, but I do believe this recipe will change your mind. AND it has ricotta which is basically one of the best things ever discovered!
Friday – Homemade Pizza
Yes, we do this every week. And no it most likely won’t change. Here’s the dough we use from the Pioneer Woman. I use whatever tomato sauce we happen to have laying around, BUT if I’m being super gourmet I will buy the pizza sauce from Trader Joe’s AND their Pizza seasoned shredded cheese.
Saturday – Made Rite Sliders
Okay, the battle begins do you call them made rites or do you call them sloppy joes?! This recipe is made rite and I promise it’s not made wrong 😉 Okay, dad jokes! But seriously super easy and your kids will love it!
