One-pan meals are my favorite kind of meals! This recipe is not only that kind of meal, but it also has tons of flavor and your whole fam will love it. The thing I like most about bowl meals is that you can easily adjust to fit every picky eater.
Monday – Roasted Salmon with Avocado Salsa
The avocado salsa in this recipe is what sets it apart. I mean who doesn’t love avocados?!
Tuesday – Huli Huli Chicken
If you love pineapple and ginger, you’re going to love this recipe! Plus who doesn’t love something that makes you feel like you’re in Hawaii – because Hawaii is just the best, right?!
Wednesday – Baked Turkey Meatballs with Lemon Butter Sauce
Hello Lemon Butter Sauce! This recipe is so good – you’ll definitely be coming back for more.
Thursday – Easy Birria Tacos
Not going to lie this recipe takes a few steps. But if you love flavors that work wonderfully together, you must try this recipe. You can use your choice of protein which is wonderful for picky eaters!
Friday – Homemade Pizza
Yes, we do this every week. And no it most likely won’t change. Here’s the dough we use from the Pioneer Woman. I use whatever tomato sauce we happen to have laying around, BUT if I’m being super gourmet I will buy the pizza sauce from Trader Joe’s AND their Pizza seasoned shredded cheese.
Saturday – Chicken Curry
I have never made curry. Like ever. I LOVE IT, but I’ve never made it. So when I found this super simply and EASY curry recipe – I just had to try it. Plus it has a video to make everything easier!
