Oh, menu planning! Finding the recipes and trying them out can be a little stressful, this is why we’ve made our weekly menu just for you! And this week’s ideas are all focused on EASY. Because we’re moms. And we are busy. And we are tired. But we are still making all. the. food. So enjoy this week’s ideas!
Sunday – Easy Crockpot Shredded Buffalo Chicken Sandwich
Crockpot Meal! This recipe is a set it and forget it type of dinner and I am all for that!
Monday – Asian Steakbites with Potatoes
Hello steakbites! My kids love steak and I love potatoes so this recipe is a match made in heaven!
Tuesday – Ham + Cheddar Crescent Roll-Ups
This recipe is as easy as they come and the best part is it’s SO good! Your kids will love it and really that’s the most difficult part of menu ideas, right?
Wednesday – Creamy Oven Baked Chicken Taquitos
This recipe is one of my personal favorites. I love taquitos and because they are oven-baked they are a little healthier and that always makes me feel better ;). But the BEST part is the dipping sauce.
Thursday – Cheesy Tater Tot Casserole
This recipe brings me back – like WAY back to when I was a kid. My mom made this when I was growing up and it always reminds me of home.
Friday – Homemade Pizza
Yes, we do this every week. And no it most likely won’t change. Here’s the dough we use from the Pioneer Woman. I use whatever tomato sauce we happen to have laying around, BUT if I’m being super gourmet I will buy the pizza sauce from Trader Joe’s AND their Pizza seasoned shredded cheese.
Saturday – Loaded Sweet Potato Nachos
I recently made these and now can’t stop thinking about them – so they will be on my menu in serious rotation!
