Those “Fitness” People

0

Those Fitness PeopleI follow a few fitness people on Instagram and they are inspiring.

I want to be like them.

I want to balance on my head.

But sometimes I think that these “fitness” people try too hard to act like they are just normal everyday mamas.

For example.  They post a lot about eating pizza.

For these people who are SO fit and into fitness why are they eating so much pizza?

Don’t get me wrong I LOVE pizza.  Pizza is one of the greatest things ever to be invented.  But, everyone knows pizza isn’t healthy.  Unless you eat it with a cauliflower crust, zero cheese, and all veggies.  But that’s not actually pizza now, is it?

So when I see these incredibly fit people posting about how they eat pizza and down ice cream it makes me think that I too can eat pizza and down ice cream.  I mean, if they have those bodies and eat like that why can’t I?

Which then makes me believe that it must be part of their fitness routine, eating pizza.  And instead of me actually doing the fitness routine I just eat the pizza.

As you can see that’s a problem!

I don’t want these “fitness” people to act like me.  I don’t want to see their posts about how they indulge or skipped their workout.  NO!  Because that just gives me every excuse under the sun to do not exercise and also EAT PIZZA!

So, if you are a “fitness” person, I am begging you to only post about your workouts.  Seriously.  No funny business.  I want to see you sweat.  I want to see you at the gym 24-7.  I want to see you eating disgusting protein shakes that probably taste like vomit.

Then, if all I see is you going full force into fitness, I won’t feel so bad when I don’t look like you as I’m holding my carton of ice cream.  See, now we can all be friends!

And yet, I will still try to exercise more I will.  And I will also see someone about my obsession with pizza.  I promise.
