I started this business because I’ve worked in the private household industry for over 15 years! I’ve been a house manager, private chef, and a loving nanny, so I really understand the ins and outs of what families need. Now that I’m a mom myself, I know firsthand how stressful it can be to find someone you trust with your kids. I wanted to create a service that not only finds reliable nannies but also supports both families and caregivers in a way that truly makes a difference. My goal is to take the guesswork out of finding quality care so families can feel confident and supported.

What are some questions parents should ask when looking for a nanny?
Parents should definitely ask about experience and training, but they should also dig into personality and values—like how the nanny handles discipline or how they would spend a rainy afternoon with the kids. It’s also super important to ask how the nanny deals with tricky situations like kids having meltdowns or balancing multiple tasks at once. It’s all about finding someone who meshes with your family’s vibe!
What does your application process look like for potential families?
Families start with a consultation so we can really dive into their needs, schedule, and what their ideal nanny looks like. After that, we handle all the nitty-gritty like screening and interviewing candidates, so by the time a family meets their potential nannies, they know these are people who’ve been thoroughly vetted and are a great fit.
What’s the going rate for nannies these days?
Nanny rates typically range from $23 to $32 an hour, depending on the nanny’s experience and any extra duties, like meal prep or helping with homework. Nanny services, especially for more experienced caregivers or those with special skills like bilingualism or early childhood education, are usually in the $28 to $35+ per hour range.
What qualifications do your nannies have?
Our nannies all have at least two years of professional childcare experience, are CPR and First Aid certified, and have passed extensive background checks. Some have additional training in early childhood education or other specialties depending on the family’s needs.

We’re based in Colorado and California but serve clients nationwide! We also handle travel nannies, so we can help families even when they’re on the go.
