Community Engagement Coordinator, Blue Leopo, will read “Snowballs” by Caldecott Honor-winning author Lois Ehlert in Spanish and English! This vibrant winter classic features colorful collages made with cut paper, buttons, fabric, and seeds, bringing to life the magic of building snowmen. Participants will enjoy a relaxing morning under the canopy of our tallest trees as they discover this imaginative snow-filled tale. Bring a blanket or towel! After the reading, children and their adults will participate in hands-on activities inspired by the book’s creative art style and winter theme.”
